Zoological Society launches an appeal for memories and artefacts

The Zoological Society of London – the charity that runs London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo – has launched a public appeal for objects and memories for their bicentenary exhibition in 2026.

Called the History Hive Project, they are asking people to share memories, photographs, footage and historic objects connected to ZSL to help bring their history to life.

‘History Hive submissions will help us bring our 200 year history to life and put you – the people who helped make it happen – front and centre in our celebrations’
