| Institutional 2 (4 x cards) | £30,000 – £100,000 operating budget |
| Institutional 3 (5 x cards) | £100,000 – £1,000,000 operating budget |
| Institutional 4 (6 x cards) | £1 – £5 million operating budget |
| Institutional 5 (7 x cards) | £5 – £10 million operating budget |
| Institutional 6 (8 x cards) | More than £10 million operating budget |
| Supporting Institutional (8 x cards) | For organisations providing substantial assistance to ICOM both financially and otherwise* |
