The 2022 ICOM UK Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place online (Zoom) on Thursday 1 September 2022, 17:00 – 18:30 UK time.
The AGM agenda is now on the ICOM UK website and the papers will be added over the next two weeks. A reminder email with the Zoom link will be sent to members on 1 September.
Please read the agenda and papers to familiarise yourself with them before the AGM. There will be time for questions during the AGM before any voting takes place.
The current ICOM UK Articles of Association and the new draft ICOM UK CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) Constitution will be emailed to all ICOM UK members via MailChimp. Please check your spam/junk/quarantine folders for the email going out this week. If you have not received the email by Monday 29 August, please email uk.icom.museum@gmail.com
We encourage as many members as possible to join us for the AGM. In addition to AGM business, we will have an update on Prague 2022, and time for members to network with members of the ICOM UK committee and other ICOM UK members in small Zoom breakout rooms. Rooms will be themed to cover topics relating to Prague 2022 and current sector issues. Members will have the opportunity to stay in the same room, or move around to different rooms to participate in the discussions.
