The Climate Heritage Network (CHN) has published a platform to offer an overview of how they will amplify arts, culture and heritage voices around COP27, the 2022 edition of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. The high-level climate conference is taking place from 6-18 November in Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt.

The new platform Culture at COP27 gatherers actionable suggestions, tools, explainers and open-source assets. It aims at supporting arts, culture and heritage organisations to raise their voices about the critical issues being debated around and after COP27. Visit the page to learn more and explore:

Culture has long been lacking in COP contexts, but at COP26 in Glasgow last year the Climate Heritage Network advanced in making it part of the discussions and will add to that legacy in Egypt. NEMO is a member of the Climate Heritage Network and will support their continued work in connection with COP27 to promote arts, culture and heritage as invaluable resource to help communities take transformative climate action.
