Order a Replacement Membership Card
If your ICOM UK membership card or sticker has been lost, damaged, or not received, you can request a replacement quickly and easily using the form below.
Before You Begin
- Please ensure your membership is current and you have renewed for 2025 and/or 2026.
- Replacement cards and stickers are only issued to active members.
- If you’re unsure of your membership status, please login to your account and check the Memberships section.
Once submitted, ICOM UK will aim to process your request within 10 working days. Please note that replacement cards are issued from ICOM in Paris and it may take up to 6 weeks to receive it. Processing times are often much shorter.
