ICOM has announced their longlist for the Award for Sustainable Development Practice in Museums – the first global award that recognises innovative initiatives and exemplary practices that contribute meaningfully to sustainable development within the museum sector. Out of 130 projects from 60 countries around the world, we are delighted that two UK museums are on the long list of eligible projects – the Design Museum and Manchester Museum. ICOM UK wishes both museums the best of luck!
