“Mentoring is a supportive learning relationship between a caring individual who shares knowledge, experience and wisdom with another individual who is ready and willing to benefit from this exchange, to enrich their professional journey”. Suzanne Faure

Do you work in learning and engagement within museums, galleries or other cultural sessions?

Would you benefit from one to one support from someone who truly understands the challenges that you’re facing?

Or perhaps you are an experienced professional within the museums and heritage sector and would like to share your skills and knowledge by joining the cohort of GEM mentors?

Then the One to One programme may be for you.

The next round of mentoring will start in October 2025 and your last mentoring session should be completed by the end of January 2026. GEM is currently accepting applications for mentors to join the One to One Mentoring Scheme.
