Conference Coordinator Vacancy

In preparation for our annual 2026 Conference in Oxford, ICOM UK are recruiting a Part-time Freelance Conference Coordinator.

The Conference Coordinator will be responsible for planning the event and overseeing its delivery and evaluation. The individual will require strong experience of project management, event coordination and delivery. We need a highly organised, creative problem solver capable of working with, and coordinating input from a wide variety of stakeholders.
