Call for Papers and grants – CAMOC Krakow 2020

The call for papers for the next annual CAMOC conference, which will be held in Krakow, Poland on 3 – 6 June 2020, is now open.

The theme of the15th annual conference will be The Right to the City. Within that broad theme, CAMOC welcomes the proposals focusing on the following sub-topics:

  1. Participation/locality
  2. Who has the right to the city?
  3. Urban revitalization
  4. Confronting post-truth 

The deadline for abstract submission is January 31, 2020.

Also available is a special issue of the CAMOC Museums of Cities Review, dedicated to the Migration: Cities project and edited by one of the project coordinators, Gegê Leme Joseph. The publication is innovative and, most certainly, interesting material for a broad and diverse group of readers, beyond those who were involved in the project in some way, from Athens to Mexico and Frankfurt.
