Canadian Travelling Exhibitions Indemnification Programme
The Canadian High Commission works with partners in the UK and Canada to develop exhibitions, talks, and other programmes linked to Canada’s international priorities and objectives.
Canning House is the UK’s leading forum for informed comment, contacts, and debate on Latin American politics, economy, and business. It also celebrates and promotes awareness in the UK of the culture and history of Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.
Institute of Latin American Studies (ILAS)
The ILAS is the UK’s national centre for supporting and promoting academic research on Latin America and the Caribbean.
The Society for Latin American Studies (SLAS)
The SLAS is the principal association in the UK for those interested in the study of Latin American affairs. Its current membership includes academics, diplomats, journalists, and researchers from business and NGOs. The SLAS organises an annual conference and sponsors other conferences and seminars.
Latin American Bureau (LAB)
This London-based NGO promotes knowledge about Latin America. It publishes well-respected books on the region and organises cultural events.
British Council Transform is an arts and creativity programme (2012 – 2016) aiming to develop the artistic dialogue between the UK and Brazil for mutual benefit long-term impact.
